Your roles in summary will be to help with recruitment & ensuring the well being of all the people in OM South Africa.

Requirements

You will be involved with processing applications, transitioning people into ministry, communicating & working inter-professionally with multiple OM offices around the world as well as the ministries in South Africa, maintaining databases, strategically & administratively supporting our team members with any issues that arise… and so much more!



Whilst this is primarily an office based job we do encourage anyone taking on this role to set aside at least one day a week to get involved in ministry.



Skills required:

- A love for God & for people.

- Fluent in English.

- Good administrative & organisational skills.

- Good computer skills.

- Work well in a team.

- Good communication skills.

Don’t worry if you don’t have qualifications or experience – on the job training can be given!!
